About
Travel has always been more than a passion—it’s been a way of life. With a lifetime of travel experience, a Pro Travel Advisor certification from Fora, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University, I bring both expertise and a personal touch to every journey I plan.
I’ve lived and worked in some of the world’s most vibrant cities, including Tokyo, London, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York City, and the Bay Area, immersing myself in diverse cultures and uncovering hidden gems along the way. My greatest joy is sharing these insights to create seamless, joy-filled travel experiences for you and your loved ones.
Outside of travel, I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my family. I’ve also served on multiple school boards and parent associations, which have honed my organizational skills and attention to detail. At home, I’m married to my sweetheart and am the proud mom of three teenage boys.
My approach to travel planning is as driven and detail-oriented as my personal life, ensuring every itinerary I design is as unique and extraordinary as my clients.
“We had the most exceptional experience working with Maya when planning a last-minute trip to Japan. Her kindness and patience were evident throughout the process, making us feel genuinely valued. Maya’s attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our itinerary was flawlessly organized, even on such short notice. Her extensive knowledge of Japan was a game-changer, as she provided thoughtful and engaging activity recommendations that my kids absolutely loved. Maya went above and beyond to create an unforgettable trip, turning a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and memorable adventure. Maya is the best travel agent we’ve ever worked with, combining unparalleled expertise with genuine kindness. Her meticulous planning and insightful recommendations made our trip an extraordinary experience, exceeding all expectations. Thank you Maya!!!”
